Roadside meteorology station The station's purpose is providing a wide range of information about the road's condition to the public roads maintainer. The station's remote computer terminal not only displays the information, but also gives warning in certain events like the possible danger of icing in cold because of precipitation of moisture on the surface. The station may measure the following> Data collecting systems These systems monitor and document industrial processes and warn about errors in function. The simple ones periodically check characteristic parameters of the process, record them and give sound and light signals at possible limit overstepping. Such one is the program called Register at Human Co (Pharma). The more improved systems also have statistical functions, like the one at Tungsram Co.(General Electric Hungary), which operates wolfram-wire making machines. The most advanced systems not only measure, but also intervene. The central heating control system at SáGa Foods Co. is an example for that, which sets the desired temperature, and measures the water and power consumption of the separate units. The whole factory's control may be supervised by a single computer terminal. Our data collecting software is connected to new trend JUMO mTRON divided attention artificial intelligence systems. The system contains several intelligent process controllers and a LON-RS232 transformer module. China ovens In the Herend Porcelain Factory all ovens in the biscuitware unit have a JUMO PR-100 process controller, which are connected to user interface modules. Beside the local onto-paper registers a computer system also collects kiln data. The computer is also connected to electronic smoke analyzers. With its help, the users may monitor the condition of all ovens from a central deck. The software has multi-level interface for modifying, downloading, accessing program modules and data, with intelligent error correction and system check. In the painting unit, similarly to the bisquitware unit, the condition of the kilns is monitered from the office. Here programmed steering controls the electronic ovens.
